Spontaneous Apple Delight

Hi the other day I was bored so I decided to be spontaneous  !! And here is what I did...
Ingredients: Apples Four Granny Smith (I find granny Smith work best but you can use what ever you like)
Plain flour (unknown amount approx 4oz)
Caster sugar (approx 2oz)
Water (approx 10 ml)
Lemon juice
Salt

Method:
Apples:
Peel,slice and core the the apples
Dice them into small even chunks 
Put them into a pot with water lemon juice and a pinch of salt
Drain the juice into a cup as it makes nice apple juice 

Biscuit:
together mix the dry ingredients 
Then add the butter and mix with your hands,
When solid add the 10 ml of water and knead on a flat surface that you have floured.
Make eight small balls and flatten them.
Shape into rhombuses and leave aside until apples are stewed
Fill the Rhombuses with the apple mixture and put into the oven for 25 mins until golden Brown
